Introduction
The south is considered the forgotten territory, the crime, the fear.
Here the population lives in poverty and exclusion, indigenous groups and
others, that make the popular classes which rose from rural poverty to urban poverty
It is a densely populated area, it is estimated that two thirds of the inhabitants of the city
reside in the south-, goods, services and equipment are of poor quality, and markets
of grocery stores, supermarkets, schools and higher education level, hospitals, areas
sports, security, etc., are insufficient, creating that dependency
the center to meet the needs of people.

when the data do not support those versions, the rise in crime corresponds to the
downtown area, the physical environment impacts and influences people and how they feel.

facilities mark, symbolically, the image of the southern districts and affect
value of land and housing, reproducing the cycle of poverty
